Art has also presented on public sector labor issues to various organizations and conferences, including the California Public Employers Labor Relations Association and the County Counsels’ Association of California.
“PERB decisions continue to shape the landscape of public sector labor relations, making it essential for agencies to stay ahead of trends and rulings,” said Art. “I enjoyed discussing recent developments and providing insights on how public employers can navigate these challenges effectively.”
