We specialize in training governing bodies and their staff about governance best practices.

The purpose of our training is to strengthen communication within the governance team. We share information and build awareness regarding the elected body-chief executives-staff relationships and form of government. Our process involves gathering information, designing, and facilitating a 3-to-4-hour training for the governing body, and preparing materials to support the training session. Our training results in clearly defined roles and responsibilities, an understanding of various governance models, and a foundation for mutual understanding and enhanced trust and communication.
