ABOUT JANNIE QUINN
An accomplished attorney whose extensive background in local government includes expertise in research, negotiation and analysis, as well as regulatory and compliance issues, Jannie Quinn is now a consultant with Renne Public Management Group (RPMG).
As city attorney for the City of Mountain View, Jannie not only provided legal advice, services and support, but also managed teams and workflow, developed and presented local and interagency projects, trained key constituents and performed negotiations. She also collaborated with regional public agencies to formulate and implement various community initiatives and programs, including Silicon Valley Clean Energy, a community choice aggregation agency, and the Silicon Valley Regional Interoperability Authority, which synchronizes radio and public safety communications systems. Jannie joined Mountain View from the City of San Jose, where she served as deputy city attorney. Prior to entering public service, she was a litigation associate at Robinson & Wood, Inc. in San Jose.
After her retirement in 2019, Jannie returned to San Jose as a senior deputy city attorney for one year, then served Mountain View as interim city attorney for three months.
